L. Carolina Ruiz

Luz Carolina Ruiz is a native of south and central Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. She is married and has two sons who are both professionals, one in law and the other one in banking.

Carolina has had a diverse professional career in education, business management, and as an educator. She was an education counselor for Saint Edwards University in Austin and for the University of Texas in San Antonio. This experience was very rewarding in that she assisted numerous high school seniors in obtaining enrollment and financial assistance to Texas universities.

In the business sector, Carolina managed a law firm in the area of bookkeeping and accounting and with personnel. In the last two years, Carolina integrated her education, experience, and skills into the real estate market. She currently works for Yellow Rose Realty, assisting families in San Antonio and Eagle Pass to achieve their dream of purchasing a home. Carolina is also engaged in the marketing and selling of commercial real estate.

Carolina is fluent in Spanish and English. Her vast experience in having lived in South and Central Texas has prepared her to be both bilingual and bicultural; hence her communication skills with Spanish and English-speaking people are stellar and rewarding.
