Eric and Susy bring different yet complementary backgrounds and styles to their brokerage, Yellow Rose Realty.

Eric is a graduate of Texas A&M and an Army veteran with a lengthy management career. He has called San Antonio home since the early 70s and is an Associate Broker. He is a new home construction, luxury home, and veteran specialist.

Susy is originally from Spain and is the Designated Broker of the firm. She has a degree in Journalism with Masters degrees in Marketing and Education. Susy is one of only 3% of Realtors nationwide who hold the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Other designations she holds include Master Certified Negotiation Expert and Historical Home Specialist, and she is a graduate of the REALTOR Institute.

Their multicultural outlook, bilingual ability, and knowledge of the San Antonio market have allowed them to develop Yellow Rose Realty into a strong presence that will only continue to grow. Eric and Susy began their real estate careers with two of the largest brokerages in the country before striking out to form their independent brokerage.

Their goal is simple…to provide their clients with an UNMATCHED home buying or selling experience through their SERVICE, RESPONSIVENESS, and DEDICATION.

Eric and Susy are active volunteers in the community and several organizations and enjoy spending their free time with their three rescued "fur babies.”
